BOOKING:
If making a Booking by Email Sotheby Limousine prefer 24 hours notice in advance for all Bookings. Sotheby Limousine will confirm all bookings by email. Sotheby Limousine required a minimum of 24 hours for Bookings.

CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Sotheby Limousine ('the Company') agrees to hire to the customer ('the customer') the vehicle(s) upon the following terms and conditions:-

  1. The hire charge is payable in full at the time of booking. The Company will issue its receipt and detailed confirmation of the hire. The customer is responsible for checking the details contained in the confirmation and for bringing any errors to the immediate attention of the Company. Subject to clause 3 below, the hire charge is strictly non-refundable except in circumstances where the Company, due to causes beyond its control, cancels or, at its absolute discretion, agrees to cancel the hire.
  2. A zero flat rate charges, currently £ 0 is made for meeting passengers at airports baggage. Waiting time, if required, is charged at the rate of $1.35 per minute .After 30 minutes the rate convert to hourly minimum. We do not charge extra for gratuities, tolls, early/late pick-ups or international arrivals. Extra stops on the way to your final destination are charge $10.00 per stop. If the stop is not "on the way" trip will convert to an hourly minimum. Pick ups from multiple inbound flights are charge as hourly rates.
  3. In the event of a cancellation by the customer, cancellation charges shall be as follows: -
    • Cancellation more than 1 hours prior notice for sedan - fully refund able.
    • Cancellation less than 1hours prior notice for sedan- non- refundable, but the Company, at its absolute discretion, may permit all or part of such monies as shall have been paid to it by the customer in respect of the cancelled period of hire to be applied to a future hire. 24hours noticed for all other vehicles. Failure to meet the driver out all without notifying the company- non refundable.To afford a no-show charge,or in the unlikely event you are unable to locate your driver, customers should not leave designated meeting location before calling 1800-778-7187.
  4. The Company will use reasonable means to ensure that the vehicle(s) arrives on time to begin the hire and that it reaches its destination on time. The Company will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of any delay due to causes or circumstances beyond its control.
  5. Unless instructed otherwise by the customer, the Chauffeur will follow the route considered the most appropriate on the day of travel.
  6. Vehicles are insured for passenger and third party claims, as required under the law. However, whilst every care is always taken, customers' personal property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage thereto. Customers are therefore advised to ensure that they carry adequate and relevant travel insurance.
  7. The Company reserves the right (and delegates to its Chauffeurs the right) to refuse to carry in any of its vehicles any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and / or whose behavior is considered to pose a threat to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or the other passenger(s). The Company will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse directed to its Chauffeurs or other staff.
  8. Smoking is not permitted in the Company's vehicles.
  9. If a customer has a complaint about any aspect of the Company's performance, full details may be given in writing, within seven days of the end of the hire, to:-
    • The Chairman, Sotheby Limousine, 3107 Brett Road, Corinth Texas 76210.
    • The complaint will be fully investigated and a written response given within seven days of its receipt
      by the Company.

These Conditions of Hire do not affect the customer's statutory rights.
